Shojin Italian

From August 18th through 20th Kajitsu is inviting a Japanese chef of Italian cuisine, Toshihito Seki, for a three-day collaborative "Zen Pasta" event.

Kajitsu will be offering a special course dinner consisting of 6 courses, a dessert, and matcha tea for $95. Two of the courses will be vegan Italian dishes prepared by the guest Chef Seki: a "Shojin Caprese Salad " and a choice of "Zen Konnyaku Pasta" or "Namafu Spaghetti." Chef Seki's restaurant in Kyoto, Il Dente Di Leone, received a Bib Gourmand from Michelin in 2013.

For these three days, we will only offer our HANA menu at $95.
